At HexPro, we stand behind the quality of our cookware and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review the return and refund terms below.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Restrictions on Used Cookware
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of cookware that has been used or shows signs of use.
Only unused products in their original condition are eligible for return, except in the case of a valid warranty claim.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified via email of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Lifetime Warranty on Manufacturer Defects
All HexPro cookware is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers defective materials or craftsmanship only.

If your product is deemed defective, we will replace the item or part free of charge.

Shipping costs for warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
To start a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
