1. Shipping Methods

We use trusted couriers such as FedEx, DPD, and Royal Mail to ensure safe and efficient delivery across the UK.


2. Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Shipping is free for UK residents

  • All displayed prices include VAT and applicable UK duties—no surprise charges at delivery.


3. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues outside our control.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.


5. Receiving Your Delivery

  • A signature may be required at delivery.

  • If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions.


6. Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.

  • If the packaging appears damaged, sign as “Damaged” and take photos of both the box and product.

  • Email us at info@hexprocookware.com with your order number and photos so we can assist you promptly.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address entries.


8. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to UK addresses only. For international inquiries, please contact our support team before ordering.
